Access previous changes made to your page, blog post, or email draft

While editing a draft of an unpublished page, blog post, or automated email, you can review saved versions of your content. While you're working on an unpublished draft in the content editor, your edits are saved automatically as you work. After your content is published, new edits saved in the content editor won't be stored in your revisions history until after they're published.

View revisions to content on a page or blog post

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to your landing pages, website pages, or blog.
• In your dashboard, locate and hover over the page or post you'd like to review and click Edit.
• In the upper left, hover over Autosaved, then click revisions.

• From the pop-up window, you'll see a list of revisions. Click a revision from the list to see a preview of the content.
• Click Choose to finalize the selection.
• After being redirected back to the content editor, click the Save.

View revisions to an email

Your revisions are saved automatically as you work in the email editor.

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
• In your dashboard, locate and hover over the email you'd like to review and click Edit.
• In the upper left, hover over No saved changes, then click revision history.

• From the pop-up window, you'll see a list of revisions. Click a revision from the list to see a preview of the content.
• Click Choose to finalize the selection.
• After being redirected back to the content editor, click the Save.

View revisions in the classic email editor

To restore a previously saved version of your email:

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
• In your dashboard, locate and hover over the piece of content you'd like to review and click Edit.
• In the upper right, click the View revisions icon listView next to the Save button.
• In the pop-up window, you'll see a list of revisions. Click a revision from the list to see a preview of the content.
• Click Choose to finalize the selection.
• After being redirected back to the content editor, click the Save or Publish to save your changes.
