Find your subscription and service limits

Accounts with paid subscriptions
To view subscription and service limits for your paid account:- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- In the Products and Services section, you'll find:
- A list of any products, add-ons, and services that have been added to your account, along with your subscription level. To view billing details for a subscription or add-on, click Billing details next to the line item.
- Your contact limit and the current count of contacts in your account.
Please note: when you reach your contact tier limit, you'll automatically be upgraded to the next tier, which will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Your contract will not automatically be downgraded if you remove contacts from your account. Review your subscription contract and the HubSpot Terms of Service for additional information. If you have questions about your contact tier, reach out to your account manager.

- Your monthly marketing email send limit, and the current count of sent emails. This count resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Learn more about which types of email count towards your send limit.
- To upgrade your marketing, sales, or service tools, click the Upgrade buttons next to the subscription line item.
CRM free accounts
From the Products and Services page in a CRM free account, you can upgrade or cancel your account. For more information about contact and email marketing limits in free accounts, visit our Products & Services catalog.
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- To upgrade your marketing tools, click Upgrade to Marketing Hub Starter.
- To upgrade your sales tools, click Upgrade to Sales Hub Starter.
- To upgrade your service tools, click Upgrade to Service Hub Starter.
- To delete your account and everything associated with it, click Delete account. Learn more about cancelling your account.
