A 404 page means that the server could not find the page at the path listed in the browser's address bar. There are many different reasons why a "published" page might return a 404 to a visitor including:
If you encounter a page that is published and is returning a 404 upon request confirm that there are no current issues with your DNS provider or internal DNS configurations, that there are no redirects in your URL mappings (or in the page via JavaScript redirects), and that the naked URL that you are trying to access (without any tracking parameters attached) matches exactly to the published page.
