File size limit in the file manager tool

There's no size limit for files uploaded to the file manager tool except for video files. Video files can be a maximum of 2 GB, and all video files uploaded to your file manager tool will be transcoded to stream at 2.5Mb per second. For faster video streaming, it's recommended to upload your videos to a video hosting service (such as Wistia, YouTube, or Vimeo) and embed the video in a rich text module on your HubSpot page. 

Please note: the file manager tool is designed to host web and marketing content. If you're uploading any files larger than 1 GB, you may experience slowness during the upload process.

To see the file size of your uploaded video:

• In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Files and Templates > Files.

• Click on the video file in you file manager dashboard. 

• The details pane on the right will show you the file size of your video. Any videos over 2.5Mb per second will have a link below the file size information which you can click to download the original file.
