Set up email notifications for non-HubSpot forms Last updated: June 26, 2020 Please note: email notifications for non-HubSpot forms are set on an account basis, not on an individual form basis. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Forms. Click the Non-HubSpot Forms tab. Click the Send email notifications for collected forms submissions to: dropdown menu: Select an existing HubSpot user's email address, or Enter an email address and click Create option to add a recipient who is not a HubSpot user in your account. Multiple email addresses can be selected or entered. To disable email notifications for an email address, click the X to the right. In the bottom left, click Save. Forms
