Change your billing information

If you have Modify billing & change name on contract permissions, you can view and change the billing information in your HubSpot account.
- Update your payment method and billing address
- Change the company name on your invoice or receipt
- Change your company address
Please note: if your account is not set up for automatic credit card payments, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or learn how to make a one-time credit card payment.
Update your payment method and billing address
If a payment method is set as shared, any user with admin access can make changes. In some cases, an admin may add a card and choose not share it. In that case, only that admin can make changes to the card information, but other admins can view it.
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- In the left sidebar menu, click Payment methods.
- Here you will be able to see the payment methods for subscriptions in your account. Click Edit (or pencil icon) to the right of a credit card to to make changes.

- Make any necessary edits to the card information and/or billing address.
- If your account includes more than one product, select the checkbox next to the product(s) that should be paid for using this payment method.
- Click Update.
Change the company name on your invoice or receipt
To change the company name on your invoice or receipt:
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- In the left sidebar menu, click Company & Contacts.
- Click Edit name to the right of your company name.
- In the dialog box, enter your new company name in the New Company field.
- Click Agree and Update Company Name.
All admins in your account will receive an email agreement about your name change. You can also find a PDF version of the email in your document center (in Account & Billing, click Document Center in the left sidebar menu).
Please note: if you need this name change to appear on your current open invoice, please contact billing@hubspot.com after you've completed the process outlined above.

Change your company address
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Company & Contacts.
- Click Edit address to the right of your company address.
- In the dialog box, make changes to your address as needed, then click Update.
