Delete social posts

You can delete draft, scheduled, or published social posts in HubSpot.


Delete draft or scheduled social posts

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Scheduled or Drafts.
  • Select the checkbox next to the social post(s) to delete. 
  • At the top of the table, click Delete.

  • In the dialog box, click Delete x post(s) to confirm the deletion.

 

Delete published social posts

Please note: at this time, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter posts can be deleted through HubSpot after they are published. Due to Instagram's API limitations, Instagram posts cannot be deleted through HubSpot once published and must be deleted directly on the Instagram platform.

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Social.
  • Hover over the social post to delete, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Delete.
  • In the dialog box, click Delete post to confirm the deletion.
