Configure the calculation of ROI for paid ad campaigns

In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
In the upper right, click Settings.
Click the ROI Calculation tab.
Select a method to calculate ROI:
Use revenue from your CRM:calculates ROI based on yourdeals in HubSpot. Deals marked as closed won will be included on yourads dashboard if they are associated with contacts in the lifecycle stage of customer who were attributed to your ad campaign. This option is recommended if you are using deals in HubSpot.
Estimate ROI: HubSpot estimates the ROI based on your average sale price and average lead to customer rate.
In theAverage Sale Pricesection, select thecurrency for ROI to appear in, then enter the numerical value of your average sale price. Enter your averageLead to Customer Rate as a percentage.
The formula for ROI estimation is [((number of leads x lead-to-customer rate x average sales price) - ad spend) ÷ ad spend] x 100.
In the bottom left, click Save.
