Search for objects in your account, including contacts, blog posts, marketing emails, and specific account actions, with the global search bar in the top right-hand corner of your HubSpot account.
Please note: when searching for contacts, companies, deals, or tickets, HubSpot's search will return a maximum of 10,000 results. If you have a large number of objects in your account, create a saved custom filter to refine your search results.
In addition to the list above, you can also search for any object in the main navigation using the global search function.
The last word in your search will be treated as a wildcard. For example, if you want to find the contact Jon Snow and you search Jon, the contact would appear in the results because that search query matches the contact's first name value. If you search Snow, the contact will also appear. If you search Jon S, the search will be treated as Jon S* and would find the contact.
However, if you search J Snow, the contact will not show in the results because the full word J doesn't match the contact's first name. You could search Snow J and find the contact because J is the last word in the query and will be treated as a wildcard.
