You can pin one note to the top of a contact, company, deal, or ticket record timeline. A pinned note will appear on the record timeline for all users in your account. There can only be one pinned one for each record.
Please note: notes are the only type of timeline activity that can be pinned to the top of a record. Pinned notes will not roll over and appear pinned on associated records.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to your contacts, companies, deals or tickets.
- Click the name of the contact, company, deal, or ticket record.
- Locate the existing note you'd like to pin, or create a new note by clicking Note description in the left panel.
- Hover over the note and click Pin Note.
